Some sites I use…
I’m bored and I feel like making a list of what websites I have an account on. If you use any of these sites, add me on them too. :P
Sites for everyone:
- Facebook: I mean, who doesn’t use Facebook? I’ll give you a hint, not me.
- Tumblr: … I wrote this on here. I mean, you’re looking at my Tumblr account if you’re reading this, but I’ll throw it on here for the hell of it. Blogs let me do things like this.
- Last.fm: Keeping track of how much music I listen to, and my top artists, etc. is awesome. Everyone listens to music, so why the hell don’t you all use this? There’s plug-ins for ALL media players, so no excuse there. It works on Mac, it even works on Linux. USE IT.
- YouTube: Everyone watches YouTube videos. EVERYONE. Having an account lets you favorite and rate videos, not to mention upload your own shitty videos (kind of like mine).
Sites for gamers:
- Xfire: Okay, it’s not really a site I recommend… it’s the shittiest program that doesn’t work half the time (missing over 400 TF2 hours because of that). But hey, tracking the amount of time you waste playing games is fun in a way. I just never bother getting rid of it, and I started using it over 3 years ago, so meh.
- The Backloggery: A cool site to keep track of your entire video game collection (and for me to show myself how much money I waste and how few games I ever finish…). The only thing is the amount of time it takes to add games to the list… I’m nowhere near done mine… ¬¬
- Steam Community: If you play games via Steam, you have one of these. You’re not a real gamer without one. Oh yeah, TF2 is coming to Mac.
- 360voice.com: If you have a 360 and like keeping track of things like your biggest achievement gain, current play streak, and whatnot (as well as taking part in automatic gamerscore challenges), then you need to use this site.
